About the Sarasota Bradenton Modern Pentathlon Local Organizing Committee

Local Organizing Committee (LOC) - Sarasota Bradenton
The Sarasota Bradenton Modern Pentathlon LOC oversees the development, sponsorship, and management of the Modern Pentathlon events. The LOC duties are based on providing organizational direction on behalf of the board and advising the board on decisions and business matters ranging from strategy planning, policy and assessment.

Marketing Committee - Sarasota Bradenton
The Marketing Committee, Chaired by Henry Sun, Phd, is comprised of members who have had extensive experience in marketing, advertising, events management, and public relations. The purpose of the Marketing Committee is to steward the Sarasota Bradenton Pentathlon brand and image, assure that it has internal and external marketing and communications programs targeted at specific market segments, and that programs and marketing materials are consistent with clearly defined objectives to enhance the reputation and recognition of the event.

Union Internationale de Pentathlon Moderne (UIPM)
The Union Internationale de Pentathlon Moderne (UIPM) is the international governing body of the Modern Pentathlon. UIPM has a total of six committees that work closely with the Pentathlon Executive Board and its headquarters in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
